Tour Sicilia - 8 days / 7 nights (High and low season)
WELCOME TO MARSALA
Our tour will start from Marsala, a town in the west of the Sicily, famous for its wines. The meeting point is the hotel located in the heart of Marsala. Accommodation in the hotel rooms. Dinner and free evening.
MARSALA AND ERICE MOUNT
After breakfast, we will visit Marsala, its old town, its Spanish quarter, the St. Peter's monumental complex, the Garibaldi Museum, the "Baglio Anselmi museum" to see the findings of the Punic ship. Lunch at hotel.
In the afternoon leaving for Erice, "the Science city". Then a visit to the old town that is typically medieval, with its little squares and its narrow roads, where is preserved the charm of old medieval village with its workshops of traditional crafts: ceramics finely decorated, colorful hand-woven carpets, traditional sweets made with almonds and candied fruit. A stop for a tasting of "Genovese", Erice typical dessert. Return to hotel. Dinner and free evening.
MOTHIA AND SEGESTA
After breakfast, we will visit Mothia, Phoenicia small island situated in the Nature Reserve of Stagnone, a visit to the Kothon and to the home of Mosaics. The scenery that surrounding the island is wonderful: windmills, salt tanks, mounds of salt and red tiles. Return to the hotel and lunch. In the Afternoon a visit to Segesta, that is situated among hills that surround the Doric Temple and the Greek Theatre. The Doric temple of the fifth century B.C. rises intact and majestically on a hill in the middle of a picturesque valley. The Greek Theatre of the third century B.C., carved into rock, faces from the summit of Barbaro Mount about 440 meters high.
In the evening return to hotel, dinner and free evening.
AGRIGENTO AND PIAZZA ARMERINA
After breakfast, placement of luggage on the coach and leaving for Agrigento, a tour to the Valley of the Temples, lunch at the restaurant and leaving for Piazza Armerina. A visit to the "Villa del Casale". Then leaving for Acireale, arriving at the hotel and accommodation in the rooms. Dinner and free evening.
CATANIA AND TAORMINA
After breakfast, leaving for Catania, a visit to the Piazza Duomo, to the "Villa Etnea", to the Teatro Bellini and a walk along the Viale Etneo. Lunch at the hotel.
In the afternoon a tour to Taormina, a town of international tourism. A visit to the Greek Theatre where you can see a wonderful panorama. Return to hotel, dinner and free evening.
PALERMO
After breakfast at the hotel, placement of luggage on the coach and leaving for Palermo.
Then a panoramic city tour, with the opportunity to visit the Palatine Chapel, the Norman Palace, the Cathedral, etc.. Stop for lunch in a restaurant. In the afternoon leaving for Monreale, the"mount of the kings". You will visit the majestic cathedral with Byzantine mosaics that recall the old and the new testament. In the evening return to Marsala. Accommodation in hotel, dinner and free evening.
TIPICALLY MARSALA
After breakfast at the hotel, free morning with the opportunity, weather conditions permitting, to make an excursion boat in Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo. Lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon a visit to a winery and wine tasting accompanied by some of our typical products. Dinner at hotel and free evening.

After breakfast at the hotel, free morning for last minute shopping. End of our services.
